Shipping & Returns

Shipping and Deliveries: 
Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the items ordered. Items in your order may be dispatched and arrive separately. Where possible we will provide you with a tracking code for your items, however this may not be possible in all cases. 

Suitcases: Suitcases are delivered by courier within 2-3 working days to the mainland UK. Deliveries to Northern Ireland and the Islands take 3-4 working days. 

Returns
If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, at our option, a refund provided that the products are returned complete in original packaging, in perfect condition and unused.

We will ask for proof of purchase, this could be a sales receipt or other evidence such as a bank statement.

Several types of goods are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To return your product, please contact store@natgeotraveller.co.uk and request a returns address label.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are returning an item over £40 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Refunds:
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Exchanges:
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
